Prior to joining Zeller, Doug made significant contributions to the polymer additives sector during his tenure at Great Lakes Chemical, Chemtura, and Songwon International. Throughout his career, Doug has successfully led various global antioxidant and UV businesses, holding roles such as Regional President, Executive Vice President, Global Supply Chain Leader, and Board Member.
